Full Fourth of July fireworks show lights up DC for America 250 celebration!


A fighter jet flew over the National Mall shortly after President Trump concluded his speech celebrating America's 250th birthday, sparking what has been called the largest fireworks display in history.As the pyrotechnic show painted the sky in shades of red, white, and blue, the audience gazed up.

At some of the biggest flashes of light, applause erupted. Some federal agents and members of the National Guard were even seen using their phones to record the light show.The majority of the throng gathered close to the Washington Monument, which had the words "FREEDOM 250" written on it.

"YMCA," "Livin' on a Prayer," and "Don't Stop Believin" were played by a band on stage.
