Diddy's attorneys speak after sentencing, 'very serious' about plans to appeal

On Friday, Sean "Diddy" Combs received a sentence of more than four years in prison. Following Combs' sentencing, Marc Agnifilo, Brian Steel, and the rest of his legal team addressed outside the Manhattan courthouse.

In July, Diddy was found guilty of transporting his girlfriends and male prostitutes around the nation for sex. The severe term, according to the judge, is necessary for deterrence. Four years and two months is the equivalent of a fifty-month sentence. Given that Combs has already spent a year behind bars, this sentence would allow him to be released in roughly three years. His attorneys demanded his immediate release, arguing that his incarceration had already compelled him to repent and become sober. Additionally, Combs, 55, received a half-million dollar penalties.
